New Christmas tradition

Hey everyone,
So we have started a new fun Christmas tradition. What is it? well it is going and seeing the wonderful Christmas lights. There is a family in the South Hills who puts up tons.. and I mean tons of lights up. They decorate their house plus part of their front drive with fun creative Christmas decor. They even have a camel that you can feed there too. Crazy?! But way fun.

This is just the head view of the large camel!
We went with a few of our friends and their adorable children. I can't help but get so excited to think of our future Christmas seasons with little ones and their beautiful spirits. Just watching the excitement and the enthusiasm for seeing the Christmas lights through these children's eyes is so much fun. One of our friend's little girl came over and walked hand in hand with me as we viewed all the lights. She had to point out all the fun animals that were decorated in lights. She counted the 8 tiny reindeer that pulled a huge sleigh with a very fat Santa. She had this huge smile that didn't leave her face the whole time we were looking at the lights.

Here are the enthusiastic children we went with!

This photo was hilarious to try and get with all the kids looking in one direction and not having any crying faces. There may not be snow on the ground, but it was freezing cold. These poor kids had some runny noses mingled with excited smiles.

Here is a photo of our friends and their two little girls that we went with to the lights. Doug loved pushing the oldest one (Jaelyn) in the stroller all over the place. They kept racing in and out of our crowd. I am surprised that little girl didn't throw up from the speed and bumpy road. haha

These guys are so much fun to hang out with.

So all in all we had a fabulous time and I can't wait until next year when Doug will be pushing our little girl around... I pray maybe not as fast as he was pushing little Jaelyn. haha But we are excited to go with our friends.

Hope all is great in your neck of the woods!
