Outdoors and Horses are so much fun!

Hello everyone, So my hubby informed me the other day that I have blogged about almost every animal in our barn, but the one he bought for me nearly a year ago. He thinks that I should post about the lovely gift he gave me when I graduated from nursing school over a year ago. So here I am posting about my favorite horse "Sandy-Mae"
Doug has been wanting to go ridding with me for a long time and I finally caved and we went for a ride. Well he had to make sure he had proof that I was ridding so he took some pictures of Sandy-Mae and Me!

So this is Sandy-Mae and this is Doug's horse "Hank".

This is my other horse "Scout". I find it somewhat funny that I own more horses than Doug does and he is the real cowboy. haha Doug is going to break Scout for me and then I will have two horses to ride.

He does have three large draft horses that live at our house right now as he trains them. So I think he still out numbers me when it comes to horses in the field.

And here I am riding Sandy-Mae around our pasture. She is really a wonderful horse. She does barrels, roping, and is great with kids. She is my dream horse and Doug was so sweet and made sure he bought her for me!
