Don't we look so professional!
So after we pulled out all the carpet we decided to begin to paint those rooms.

O yeah Doug had thousands of little holes and big holes to fill in because the previous owners loved to hammer nails in random places!

I started to pain the master room and Doug decided I wasn't doing it right, So this is him showing me how to paint the house correctly. I totally blame Brian Loomis for Doug's OCD on painting a room. Since he and Brian painted a lot while we were in college.
Look at those mad painting skills!!!
So while Doug was off painting our room, I decided to go tackle the nasty bathroom. I scrubbed that floor three times to finally get it to shine. It was so yucky. The type of flooring in the kitchen and bathroom had really tiny divets which collected every little particle of dirt in them. So I felt more like Cinderella than I thought I should.

Ok So a day later we tackled the baby/Guest room!
Doug yet again ripping the carpet out! My HERO!

Here we are enjoying some CLEAN FUN!! haha
Ok well I will have to post more tomorrow cus I am tired and need to go to bed. I will continue on with our adventures tomorrow. So until then I hope all is great in your neck of the woods!

Hooray! I can't wait to see how it all turns out! Good luck!
That is so awesome! I love that you have a house of your own to paint and work on and just make it your own lovely haven :) Can't wait to see the "after" pictures!
