Hey everyone, So I finally downloaded the photos from our camera. I realized the family reunion was coming up and needed more space on the camera for all the fun we are going to have. So this memorial weekend Doug and I drove over to visit his family and do some cow branding. I have done this before.. but not with his family. So here are some of our really fun adventures.

Jaycee and I both agreed to help out... So we ended up holding the ropes that tied down the cows. The little cows weren't so little when we finally got around to branding them. So we ended up just roping and holding them.
Hanging out in the dirt !!! thank goodness Dustin was there to prevent my teeth getting kicked in!!!

I've done that! Been in that position too! Even have pictures to prove it (cause no one would believe me without them!) It was fun, and I didn't feel bad about it like I thought I would. (probably makes me a bad person to some people) WORST part is the smell of hair and flesh burning - wasn't prepared for that part. Your posts always make me feel like I need to get out an do something useful/productive... but with 2 kiddos to watch the most useful thing to do is keep them out of the productive people's hair!

I wish I'd known you would be there, I would have come visit! Good to see the Yearsley side of the family that I rarely see.
