Mother's day and MS Walk!!!

Hey everyone.... So here is the up date of what we did this last week. It was jam packed with great food and amazing friends and family. OK here is a little background to how we got into the whole MS walk. While we were in college our favorite neighbors introduced us to this amazing opportunity to raise money to fight the disease MS. Jade and Ben Stellmon(aka favorite neighbor) invited us to join their team and walk/run 6 miles in Clarkston WA!! It was so fun and we got to really put our time to great use!! SO we were totally bummed that this year we would be missing the walk/Run up north with the Stellmon crew, but luck would have it that a coworker of mine also had a team (named Fearless) down here. Doug and I quickly jumped on and also encouraged a few of our friends to join in on the walk/run in Twin Falls, ID. We are so glad that our favorite neighbors got us involved!!!! Here are a few fun pics of what we did that Saturday..

So funny that Doug and Tony totally didn't plan it but they ended up matching!!! Here is part of the team at the MS Walk!!

During our walk we got to watch five jumpers leap off the Prime Bridge. It looks like a load of fun, but Doug says I don't get to do that anytime soon..

This is the crew enjoying the free lunch from SUBWAY!!! Here is Doug and I after our short two mile walk/run for MS this year!!!!!

So right after the walk we jumped in our car and drove all the way to Idaho Falls, ID to surprise Doug's mother for Mother's day weekend. Well Doug also surprised me and had me get my nails done while we were in Idaho Falls!! It made me feel like a girl.... ha ha

Anyways we went and did a session at the Idaho Falls temple and then went out to eat with Doug's parents. It was fun rushed weekend. I hope that all the mother's out there enjoyed their day... Also it was my little sister's birthday on May 10Th. So Happy B-day Hannah!!!

O ' Yeah Doug also got me the cutest black high heels too. And the most adorable red wagon!!!! I don't know how I got such a fun and sweet husband!!!! I love him and thank him for celebrating Mother's day with me.....even if I am not a mommy yet!. I hope all is great in your neck of the woods!!!

I love that bridge in Twin Falls. My brother Daniel lives there and I love the park down in the "crack" as he calls it. Those are really great mother's day presents. You are lucky that he celebrates it because you will be the mother of his children someday.
